It is not very long ago that raw foods bars are all the rage. If you do not eat raw food, you're in with the crowd and you were in the cycle in healthy rage. Still there are some bars of raw pet food around, but largely Mania has died and, I think, for good reason.


Many of my patients ask me for the health benefits of eating raw foods and I agree, there are some foods which are of benefit consumed raw, some I matter, and some would never recommend without cooking.
